New ways to give feedback on North West Ambulance Services to help shape services

North West Ambulance has launched three new ongoing surveys, to make it easier for people to routinely share their experience of the trust’s services. The trust is encouraging anyone who has recently used its services to provide feedback, to find out what it is doing well and where it may be able to improve. You can do this by completing one of its patient surveys.
