New ways to give feedback on North West Ambulance Services to help shape services

Date exercise ended - Tuesday, October 13, 2020

North West Ambulance has launched three new ongoing surveys, to make it easier for people to routinely share their experience of the trust’s services.

The trust is encouraging anyone who has recently used its services to provide feedback, to find out what it is doing well and where it may be able to improve. You can do this by completing one of its patient surveys using the links below.

The surveys may ask you some demographic information. The information that you provide will help to ensure that feedback is representative of our communities that the trust serves.

How to get involved

You can share your experience by completing one of the following surveys:

If you would like to share your experience of using the Paramedic Emergency Service – if you called 999 and an emergency ambulance was sent to you:  Paramedic Emergency Service Web Survey 2020-21

If you would like to share your experience of using the Urgent Care Desk – you called 999 and received a call back – an ambulance did not attend: Urgent Care Service Web Survey 2020-21

If you would like to share your experience of using the Patient Transport Service: Patient Transport Service Web Survey 2020-21

These surveys will remain live so that members of the public can feedback as and when they use the services.
