CQC and Healthwatch ask for your views during COVID - share feedback on hospital discharge

Date exercise ended - Sunday, August 16, 2020

A new campaign calling on all people who access services to help shape future health and social care has been launched by the Care Quality Commission (CQC) and Healthwatch England. It follows research that shows that 74% of people in the north west say they are more likely to take steps to improve health and social care services since the outbreak of coronavirus (COVID-19).

Feedback on hospital discharge

During the coronavirus pandemic the usual discharge processes hospitals follow changed to help free up beds and Healthwatch Sefton wants to hear from those who were affected because of these changes to understand how they have affected people’s health and wellbeing – both positively and negatively.

People can leave their feedback by completing the brief leaving hospital survey. This survey closes on 16 August. Or to talk to someone about your experience contact the Healthwatch Sefton team on 0800 206 1304 or email: info@healthwatchsefton.co.uk
