Healthwatch Sefton is inviting residents to an online engagement event via Zoom on Thursday 10 December to gather feedback on using NHS services.

The service is asking for the views of residents who have visited either the Aintree or Royal Liverpool sites of Liverpool University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust during the pandemic to help understand what the patient experience has been like and whether any improvements can be made. Any information shared will remain anonymous.
