Feedback on how you use community pharmacies to improve local services

Date exercise ended - Friday, December 31, 2021

Sefton Health and Wellbeing Board is working on a new report about community pharmacies (chemists) in Sefton and is asking for feedback from residents about the services they offer.

The survey will gather residents' views and experiences of using local pharmacy services to inform the draft report, which is called the Sefton’s Pharmacy Needs Assessment.

When it is finalised, the report will be used to help plan the number of community pharmacies required in each part of the borough and to ensure the services on offer meet the needs of the local population. It is expected that the draft report will be shared in the middle of next year for further comments.

This survey covers the whole of Cheshire and Merseyside, but feedback from residents in Sefton will help to shape future local services. So by taking part, you will help to ensure that the services on offer are a good fit for what people in Sefton need.
